I came across this verse today. Actually i came across it not too long ago. Looking at it again, it really does bring great comfort. Why? Back then i did not really comprehend the full meaning of it. Now, it all makes perfect sense... The Lord really meant what he said back then.

"For i know the plans i have for you," declares The Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" - Jeremiah 29:11
